The following items are available from the Twin Creek Tea Room as take-out orders. If you need to place an order, please call as soon as possible to assure availability. If we are not available to answer the phone when you call, please leave your name, phone number, and the best time to return your call.

Items from our regular menu can be ordered as listed. If ordering in quantity, food may be purchased on trays or prepared in individual disposable containers with lids. Trays of sandwiches, salads and other food items, trays of brownies or lemon squares, whole pies and cakes are available. Box lunches are $6.50 each and include any of the sandwiches on our menu, your choice of soup or salad from our menu, and your choice of a brownie or lemon square. Chef Salads with nutbread are also available for $6.50 each.

Any Sandwiches are available on homemade wheat, white, or rye swirl bread, or on croissants. Sandwiches are sliced in half and served with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Cheese and tomatoes are available on a separate tray also if requested. Individual sandwiches are $4.00. By the tray, sandwiches are $3.65 per sandwich.

Petite Tea Room Sandwiches: A variety of small tea-size breads with chicken, ham, pimento cheese, or vegetable cream cheese spread fillings. $15.95 per dozen sandwiches.

Traditional Tea Room Chicken Salad: Chicken salad with pecans and celery. $8.95 per pound

Chef Salads: mixed greens, vegetables, boiled egg, ham, turkey, bacon, cheese and croutons. Choice of dressings on the side and served in individual containers. $6.50 each

Seafood Salad: A mixture of shrimp and crabmeat with a delicate dressing. $9.95 per pound

Beef Meatballs: With tomato-basil sauce. $8.39 per pound

Ham Loaves: Individual ham loaves in sweet/sour glaze. 2 per serving. $3.50 per serving

Whole Chicken Breasts: a large marinated chicken breast. Baked and lightly breaded. $3.50 each

Chicken Sesame Bites: Bite-size pieces of white chicken meat, baked in an Asian sauce with sesame seeds. Frilled tooth picks provided for serving. $11.95 per pound

Meat & Cheese Tray: 2 lbs. each of deli ham, turkey, and roast beef and 25 slices of assorted cheeses. Serves approximately 25 people. $59.95

Cheese Cubes: Swiss, American, Colby Jack cheeses on a tray with toothpicks. $29.95

Cheese and Crackers: Three kinds of cheese cubes with assorted gourmet crackers. $1.75 per serving

Miniature Quiche: Several flavors of bite-size quiche. $10.95 per dozen

Whole Quiche: 9-inch quiche in a variety of flavors, serves 6-8 people. $13.95 each

Fruit Kabobs: Chunked seasonal fruit skewered on kabob sticks. Usually includes cantaloupe, honey dew, strawberries, grapes, and pineapple. $1.59 each

Fresh Fruit Medley: Seasonal fruit served in bowl or individual lidded cups. Mostly melons, pineapple, apples, oranges, grapes, and strawberries (in season). $5.95 per pound

Multi-Layered Tea Room Salad: Several layers of lettuce and a variety of vegetables with a mayonnaise-based dressing. $1.99 per serving.

Garden Greens Tossed Salad: A mixture of greens with carrots, celery, tomatoes, cheese, and croutons, choice of dressings served on the side. $1.99 per serving

Homemade Salad Dressings: House (Celery Seed), French, Ranch, Raspberry Vinaigrette, & Italian. $6.95 per pint

Pasta Salad: Colored spiral pasta with carrots, celery, ripe olives, green peppers, pepperoni, and a slightly sweet dressing. $5.99 per pound

Potato Salad: Mildly flavored potato salad – garnished with sliced boiled eggs. $5.99 per pound

Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad: Broccoli, cauliflower, eggs, bacon, and cheese in our own special creamy dressing. $ 6.99 per pound or $2.79 per individual serving

Ruby Cranberry Salad: (seasonal) Crushed cranberries and oranges in a jello base. $5.79 per pound

Crisp Apple Salad: Apples, grapes, raisins, pecans, & celery in a delicate sweet sauce. $5.79 per pound

Baked Bread Dressings: (Stuffing) (seasonal) Prepared with onions and fresh mushrooms and baked with cubed bread with broth flavoring. $2.39 per serving

Gravy: Smooth thin gravy. Available in beef, pork, or turkey flavor. $8.95 per quart.

Mashed Potatoes: Made from scratch with “real” potatoes - $1.89 per serving

Baked Beans: Made with ham or bacon bits. One gallon serves about 25 people. $24.95 per gallon

Cheesy Potatoes: Shredded potatoes baked with cheeses and onion. $1.89 per serving

Baked Corn Soufflé: Corn baked with corn meal and seasonings. $1.89 per serving

Glazed Carrots: Baby carrots with a sweet glaze. $1.99 per serving

Relish Tray: with several different vegetables with dip. Serves about 20 people. $36.95

Cheese Ball: with a variety of crackers. Serves about 25 people. $29.95

Tea Room Brownies, Lemon Squares, and Cheesecake tidbits: Bite-sized servings of brownies, lemon squares, and cheesecake with a variety of toppings. One tray serves about 8-10 people. $29.95 per tray

Brownies or Lemon Squares: Large chocolate pecan brownie or large lemon square. Dusted with powdered sugar. $1.39 each

Homemade Cheesecake: Topped with cherries or pecan-chocolate-caramel-pecan topping. Graham cracker crust. Serves 16 or cut to your specifications. $32.95

Whole Pies: Homemade fruit pies in a choice of flavors. Sugar Cream, Banana Cream, Chocolate and Coconut Cream pies also available at $10.95 each. Pecan and Strawberry Pies are $12.95 each

Apple Cake: A moist bundt-style cake made with apples and pecans. Caramel topping included. Serves 16-18 people. $22.95

Carrot Cake: with cream cheese frosting. Two Layer frosted Carrot Cake is $24.95 and serves 12-16. One layer frosted Carrot Cake sheet cake is $20.95 and serves 15-20.

Triple Chocolate Chip Cake: A rich chocolate bundt-style cake with chocolate sauce and chocolate chips. Serves 16-18 people. $24.95

Apple Dumplings: Baked fresh with caramel sauce included for topping. In pans ready to serve or can be warmed in oven. In quantities of 8 or more $24.95 per pan of 8

Large Size Homemade Cookies: In a variety of flavors. $7.50 per dozen.

Tea Size Homemade Cookies: In a variety of flavors. $4.79 per dozen.

Whole Loaf of Nut Bread: Can be sliced into 10-12 slices. $8.95

Bagels: A variety of flavors & includes cream cheese spread. Bagels are cut in half. Small bagel with cream cheese $.90 each; Large bagel with cream cheese $1.89 each

Muffins: In a variety of flavors. Butter pats included. Small- $.75 each; Medium - $.85 each; Large $1.25 each

Plain Large Croissants: $1.39 each

Box Lunches: Your choice of any of our whole sandwiches, any of our soups or salads or fruit cup, and a chocolate pecan brownie or a lemon square packaged in individual boxes. $6.50 each

Breakfast of Nut Bread, Quiche, & Fruit Cup: $6.29 per person

Iced Tea: By the gallon. Serves 16. $6.50 per gallon

Evian Bottled Water, Juices and Coke: Products in 20oz. screw top bottles. $1.49 each
